Leonardo Valiante, Montevideo, Uruguay, afgestudeerd aan de muziekschool Virgilio Scarabelli als pianoleraar en klavecimbel diploma A. Vanaf 1996 wonende in Nederland voor zijn klavecimbelstudie aan het Kon. Conservatorium Den Haag bij Jacques Ogg en hedendaagse muziek bij Annelie de Man aan het Conserv. van Amsterdam.

Vanaf 2007 actief in Duitsland en Nederland met optredens in kamermuziek en opera. Ook in Uruguay is hij opgetreden in SODRE, Montevideo 2011 en Punta del Este en Sala Zitarossa Montevideo in 2017 opera Ottone van Händel.

Vanaf 1999 begeleidt Leonardo koren in Den Haag (VocAnimo), Warmond, Oegstgeest en Zoetermeer.

Vanaf 2010 treed Leonardo Valiante op onder de naam ConcertoValiante met zijn barokensemble en solisten, allen studenten of afgestudeerden van conservatoria in Nederland.

The Bulgarian counter-tenor Aleksan Chobanov began his musical journey in a children choir in Bulgaria when he was only six years old (mid-1995). Everything developed rather fast, going through the music high school and eventually finishing with double bachelor - violoncello and singing at the academy in his home-city – Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In the meantime he performed as singer soloist with some of the most acclaimed Bulgarian orchestras, such as the Orchestra of the Bulgarian National Radio and the Orchestra of Plovdiv’s Opera.

In 2016 he finished his bachelor study in the field of vocal early music at The Royal Conservatory of The Hague, where he studied with Rita Dams, Michael Chance, Jill Feldman, Peter Kooij, Pascal Bertin, Robin Blaze and Dorotheé Mields. Currently he continues his development in the master program of vocal early music at The Royal Conservatory of The Hague.

In his counter-tenor practice Aleksan is aiming for vocal versatility, thus he is no stranger to different styles and genres. His repertoire consists of opera roles, amongst which are Oberon out of Britten’s adaptation after Shakespeare’s “Midsummer night’s dream” and Giulio Cesare out of Handel’s famous opera, sacred music including broad selection of works by J.S. Bach, A. Vivaldi, G. Carissimi etc., art songs and cycles.

During his study and career Aleksan has had the honor to work and has appeared in performances under the guidance of musicians such as Ton Koopman, Michael Chance, Kenneth Montgomery, Patrick Ayrton, Peter van Heyghen, Hidemi Suzuki, Charles Toet, Peter Coin, Frans Brüggen, Gilles Michels, Jaques van der Meer, Markus Lehtinen and others.

Tomasz Plusa, violist, geboren in Polen, studeerde klassieke en moderne viool aan de muziekacademie in Lodz waar hij zijn masteropleiding in 2002 voltooide.

In het begin van zijn studie erkende Tomasz de interpretatieve potentieel van de historische uitvoeringspraktijk en besloot om zijn studies over de Barokviool te beginnen. Kort daarna begon hij deel te nemen aan oude muziek cursussen en masterclasses. Zijn artistieke persoonlijkheid is gevormd door kunstenaars als Lucy van Dael, Christoph Rousset, Wilbert Hazelzet, Simon Standage, Michaela Comberti, Judy Tarling, Sigiswald Kuijken, Enrico Onofri, Antoinette Lohmann .

Hij verhuisde naar Nederland om dit gebied met groeiende belangstelling te ontwikkelen. Tomasz studeerde bij Elizabeth Wallfisch en Ryo Terakado aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium te Den Haag.

Hij heeft gewerkt als kamer- en orkest musicus in tal van Europese oude muziek orkesten: Arte dei Suonatori, Capella Cracoviensis, The Wallfisch Band, Contrasto Armonico, Musica Poetica, Holland Baroque Society, Florilegium Musicum, Collegium Ad Mosam, De Nieuwe Philharmonie Utrecht, Furor musicus.

In juni 2015 volbracht hij zijn masteropleidingen in een barokke viool en altviool klasse van Antoinette Lohmann in Utrecht.

In het kader van zijn artistieke bezigheden combineert Tomasz de rol van solist, in ensembles kamermuziek en orkest, als orkestlid of als concertmeester.

Hij trad op in concerten en festivals in heel Europa, in landen als Slovenië, Kroatië, Engeland, Nederland, Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Frankrijk, Denemarken, Spanje, Italië, Portugal en Polen.

Born in Valladolid (Spain), Carlos A. Nicolás Alonso started his musical studies in his hometown continuing in Salamanca with Aldo Mata. In 2012 he moved to Den Haag to study both classical and baroque cello with Lucia Swarts receiving also lessons from Michel Strauss, Anner Bylsma, Dmitri Ferschtman, Roger Regter and Harro Ruijsenaars. His main goal has been always to play a strong and true performance being conscious of the different styles.

Also he has received lessons from Jaap ter Linden, Richte van der Meer, Bart van Oort, Albert Brüggen, Peter Bruns, Marc Coppey, Roel Dieltiens, Cristoph Henkel, Asier Polo, Ángel Luis Quintana, Pieter Wispelwey and Ferenc Rados.

Price winner in competitions as "II concurso de Interpretación Musical", "Concurso Diputación de Toledo", “Arte Joven Castilla y León” and finalist in “Intercentros Melómano”. Perfroming in the Castilla y Leon Young Symphony Orchestra, Castilla y León Symphony Orchestra, Nederland Jungen Orkest, Trio Kyoss, Trio Sarasvati, Ciconia Consort, Nederlandse Bachvereniging and Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century among others.
